Product build record
LoreWeaver Architect Foundry: what is in the build
What Architect does today, grouped by the work you are doing. Foundry replaced the previous Architect on 19 September 2026; every project moved across automatically.
00 Orientation
One place for the world and the gameplay
Architect takes the lore you have already written and turns it into structured, engine-ready data. With Foundry it is also where you build the world and the gameplay in the first place. Nothing it generates reaches your game without passing through you first.
- 01 ImportBring documents, notes, and world bibles, or connect the tools your team already uses.
- 02 WorldCharacters, locations, factions, items, and how they connect, with a wiki view anyone can read.
- 03 StoryArcs, beats, and branching on a canvas, with characters who sound like themselves.
- 04 GameplayActions and rules your engine can act on, checked before you build.
- 05 ExportUnity, Unreal, JSON, custom templates, and a full world bundle.
01 Import
Getting your material in
Upload what you have
In the buildPlain text, Markdown, Word documents, and PDFs. No reformatting first.
Connect your team's tools
In the buildBrowse and import from Confluence, Notion, and Google Drive, so your lore can stay where it already lives.
Aim the pipeline
In the buildMark documents ready or not ready, one at a time or many at once, and only the material you meant feeds extraction.
02 World
The world as data
A schema shaped to your world
In the buildArchitect proposes the entity types and fields your lore calls for, or takes a schema you already have. You edit it before anything is built on it.
Entities pulled from the prose
In the buildCharacters, locations, factions, items, and more, extracted from your documents and editable afterwards. Run it again and it adds to what you have instead of starting over.
Search by meaning
In the buildAsk for "everyone present at the betrayal" and get the people your lore puts there, whatever they are called.
Relationships on a graph
In the buildName mentions become real connections you can see, filter, and edit.
A wiki your whole team can read
In the buildThe world as a browsable reference for the people who never write.
03 Story
Authoring the narrative
Narrative board
In the buildArcs, beats, and actions on a node canvas, with branching that turns on real project state.
Generate inside your world
In the buildStory arcs, missing characters, and behaviour proposed from what your world already establishes. Every proposal is a draft you accept or reject.
Characters who sound like themselves
In the buildA voice profile per character, dialogue drafted against it, and a rehearsal room where two characters improvise until a voice feels right. Nothing said in rehearsal is canon unless you promote it.
04 Gameplay
Rules your engine can act on
Actions your engine understands
In the buildEach action carries a short, readable script describing who does what and when. Architect turns it into structured data for your engine.
Rulesets and stat blocks
In the buildBind a ruleset profile and fill stat blocks from the rules you play by.
Check it before you build it
In the buildThe validator reports broken references and orphaned scenes. The simulator walks the story and tells you whether the ending is reachable. Neither costs anything to run.
05 Export and localization
Into your engine, in any language
Engine exports
In the buildUnity, Unreal, JSON, XML, CSV, and custom templates that match your own pipeline. Preflight checks run before a bundle ships, and every export is kept in history.
Your world leaves with you
In the buildA complete world bundle you can export and re-import, on every plan.
Localization
In the buildView and export the whole world in another language without touching the original, with translation you can proof line by line.
06 Teams and agents
One canon, every seat, every agent
Studios and seats
In the buildWriters hold seats and roles, reviewers approve drafts before they become canon, and viewers never take a seat.
History you can go back to
In the buildNamed checkpoints you can restore, comments anchored anywhere in the world, and a record of who changed what.
Command line and Narrator
In the buildEverything the web app does is available from the command line, so a coding agent can run your pipeline. Inside the product, the Narrator operates Architect when you ask in plain language.
This record describes the Foundry release in customer terms and leaves out internal work. Architect starts free. Start at the Architect page, or read the announcement in Architect Foundry is live.
